Started in 1978 as Fellowship Baptist Church and met in the Masonic Lodge. In 1979 a building was built and the congregation decided to rename it Eastwood Baptist Church. Eastwood started with 95 people.
First pastor was C.J. Hogan. Pastor Gwen was pastor when building was built.
