Organized May 3, 1828, named “Fellowship” by Thomas Powell, Elias Brown and George W. Nolen, who composed the Presbytery.
A new house of worship was completed and turned over to this church free from debt in 1848.
The Church celebrated its one hundredth anniversary in August 1928, with an elaborate program.
